Each cottage comes fully equipped for housekeeping and has the following common features:
- Stove & Fridge
- Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, cookware, silverware ect.
- Specialty items are not provided so guests should bring their own.
- All bedding, linens and towels are provided.
- All cottages come with Satellite TV
- Most cottages have dishwashers
- Some cottages have fireplaces and whirlpool tubs
- Cottages have electric heat and ceiling fans in each room
- All cottages have Air Conditioning (New for 2010 Season)
- Gyproc & pine interiors with carpet & vinyl flooring.
- Propane BBQ and Patio table set on the deck of each cottage
- Each cottage has it's own deck
- Wireless Internet Connection from the Office (New for 2010 Season)
We supply:
- Dish cloths & dish towels, pot holders/oven mits, garbage bags
- Dish soap for the dishwasher, and regular dish liquids
- Toilet paper, hotel type soaps
- Propane for the bbq
- Satellite TV
- Complementary beach pass for each cottage (good for 1 vehicle)
- 5 acres of lawns ideal for having a game of ball or soccer
- Children's playground on site.
- Free Daily Beach Passes for the family, saving you the $19.60 entrance fee to Cavendish Beach
We do not provide:
- any food items, condiments, paper towel, aluminum or plastic wraps, shampoo, conditioners, hair dryers
- beach/pool towels (cottage towels cannot be taken outside the cottage)
- Beach Chairs or Beach Umbrellas
Our Policy:
- Heated Pool with Sun Deck & Loungers for Paying Guests only - No Guest Visitors Allowed in the Pool Area or Pool Deck
- Pool opens on June 23rd and closes Sept 5th
- Quiet time is 11pm - 7am;
- All OFF SITE VISITORS must register at the office upon arrival. A $10 a day/per person fee will apply to all Off Site Visitors between the hours of 11am - 10pm. The number of Off Site Visitors will be limited based on the size of the cottage and at discretion of Management. No Visitors permitted on the site between 10pm and 11am!
- Towels are changed every other day in an effort to preserve our environment
- Cottages towels are not allowed to be used at the Pool or Beach (you will need to bring your beach towels for outside use)
- Sorry no fires or fire pits allowed on the property due to children with asthma
- Absolutely No Pets allowed on the premises (including those of your Visitors)
- No smoking inside any units (ashtrays are provided for smoking on the deck)

- 3-4 minutes to Cavendish Beach East Entrance, 5 minutes to Cavendish Beach West Entrance.
- 3-4 minutes to Cavendish Tourist Information Centre
- 3-4 minutes to (Anne of) Green Gables House
- 3-4 minutes to Avonlea Village
- 3-4 minutes to Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Wax World of Stars and Mariner's Cove Mini Golf
- 3-4 minutes to Shining Waters Family Fun Park
- 4-5 minutes to Sandspit Amusement Park
- 4-5 minutes Cavendish Boardwalk Shopping

- Local Grocery Stores within 5 minutes of the cottages, but Sobeys & Superstore is located in Charlottetown & Summerside.
