Rentals available from mid June to late September.
Deposit:
A deposit, (excludes concert weekend - see below) which is 40% of the total or minimum of 1 night which ever is greater, (payable by Visa or MasterCard) is required to reserve a cottage. 50% deposit is required on packages (Family, Romance, Spring, Fall). Full payment is required at check in. Rates are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the rate advertised at the time you make the reservation. The person who's name the reservation is under must check in and pay the balance owing before access can be given to other members in your travelling group who arrive earlier.
Cancellation:
Our Cancellion Policy (excluding the concert weekend) requires that you cancel at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. It is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance to cover your cost in the event you may have an emergency or need to cancel for any reason.
Refunds shall be given as follows (excluding concert weekends):
- If you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival date, you will receive a full refund on your deposit, less a processing fee ($100 for July/Aug to cover the paper work/fees involved.
- If you cancel within 15-29 days of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit (less the $100 processing fee) if the cottage becomes re-rented for ALL of the nights you had reserved at regular rates.
- If you canel within 14 days of your arrival date you will not receive any refund on your deposits.
For Concert/Special Event Weekends, some restrictions/conditions apply for these special event weekends. Minimum stay in place. 50% of the total amount is required as the deppsit. Deposits are 100% non-refundable if you cancel anytime.

Check In and Check Out:
Times vary depending on the type of cottage you have chosen. Please plan your travel time accordingly so as to arrive after the specific check in time of your cottage type. Tourism regulations state that a Guest cannot gain access to a cottage or place personal intems inside the unit until it has been properly cleaned and ready for check in.
Please note that if you are booking a package of any type, you can pick up your package vouchers (for family, spring, fall, romance or golf packages) anytime after 11am as long as you notify the office 2 days prior to your arrival date of your intention for early pick up. Otherwise vouchers will not be ready until the cottage check in time.
Beach Passes:
A complimentary beach pass (1 per cottage for 1 vehicle) is provided to you for your use during your stay. This beach pass allows unlimited free access to the beaches and National Parks, a savings of $20 per day. To access the beaches or National Parks, there is an entrance fee of $20 per day. You can pick up your beach passes anytime after noon on your arrival day but it must be returned to the office when you check out. Replacement cost will apply for lost passes or passes not returned to the office
Surcharges:
No refunds for early departures. If you shorten the # of nights originally booked, you will be responsible for those nights not re-rented. Replacement costs apply to lost or damaged towels, lost beach passes or Green Gables House passes
Cots and Playpens:
Are available at a flat fee of $5.
