Rentals available from Mid May to Mid October each year.

Deposit:
A deposit (payable by Visa or MasterCard) is required to reserve a cottage. This deposit will be deducted from your total due upon arrival. Full payment is required upon check in by the person who has made the reservation. A credit card is required for security/damages on all bookings.

Deposit required is as follows:
  • 1 night for 1 - 3 night stays
  • 2 nights for 4 - 5 night stays
  • 3 nights for 6 - 9 night stays
  • 40% for 10 nights or more


Cancellation:
Full Refunds (less $50 processing fee) are given if you cancel at least:
- 14 days prior to arrival date for stays between May - June 26 or Sept 1 - October, or
- 30 days prior to arrival date for stays between June 27 - August 31.
Otherwise, no refunds will be given for canceled reservations
It is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance to cover your cost in the event you may need to cancel for any reason

Surcharges apply for:
Early Departures when full reservation is not kept or if the number of nights originally booked is shortened in July or August.

Check In and Check Out:
Times vary depending on the type of cottage you have chosen; go the the Cottage Type you have reserved so see the specific check in/out times for that cottage. Please plan your travel time accordingly so as to arrive after the specific check in time of your cottage type. Early check ins cannot always be granted during July or August due to our cleaning schedules, however we do try our best to accommodate any request. Early check ins can sometimes be arranged for after 2pm. Also, please note that due to Dept. of Tourism's regulations, you cannot gain access to the cottage until it has been completely cleaned'; therefore we ask that you not drop off any personal or food items to be placed inside the cottage until it is ready for your check in. If necessary you can store items at our office or outside the office complex.

Beach Passes:
A complimentary beach pass (1 per cottage for 1 vehicle) is provided to you for your use during your stay. This beach pass allows unlimited free access for 1 family to the beaches and National Parks, a savings of $17 per day. To access the beaches or National Parks, there is an entrance fee of $17 per day. You can pick up your beach passes anytime after noon on your arrival day but it must be returned to the office when you check out.

Cots and Playpens:
Single cots to sleep one person or playpens are available for a charge of $5 per day + taxes. Only a limited number of cots and playpens are available so you will need to reserve one when you make you reservation for the cottage. If you reserve a cot or playpen and decide you will not need it after all , you will be responsible to pay for the period booked out for the cot or playpen unless we are able to re-rent it.
